Build clear, accessible interfaces that help insurance teams review information and complete work confidently. You will turn complex document and AI workflows into practical user experiences across Acord AI.
What you will do
- Develop responsive interfaces for request queues, document review, policy comparisons and exception handling.
- Translate product designs into reusable components with consistent interaction patterns.
- Integrate APIs and manage loading, empty, error and permission states.
- Make source references, AI uncertainty and human approval steps easy to understand.
- Improve accessibility, cross-browser behavior and rendering performance.
- Write component and end-to-end tests, participate in code reviews and work with backend, AI and product colleagues.
What you will bring
- Experience shipping web interfaces with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern framework such as React.
- Strong HTML and CSS skills, including responsive layouts and accessible interaction design.
- Working knowledge of API integration, state management and client-side security.
- Ability to test and debug real user journeys across screen sizes and browsers.
- Attention to detail and clear communication about usability and engineering trade-offs.
Helpful experience
- Design systems, reusable component libraries and automated interface testing.
- Document viewers, data-dense dashboards or workflow applications.
- Experience designing review experiences for AI-assisted products.
