Santosh Kumar Baston is CEO of Venture Informatrix and leads Insuserve1 and Acord AI. He holds an MBA and brings more than 20 years of experience in outsourcing, information technology, and business management, with a focus on insurance outsourcing since 2016.

Through Insuserve1, Santosh helps insurance organizations expand their operational capacity with trained back-office support. With Acord AI, he is advancing insurance workflow automation that combines artificial intelligence with human expertise, review, and accountability.

His leadership focuses on service quality, team development, and practical technology adoption—helping insurance teams reduce repetitive work and dedicate more time to clients and growth. He provides strategic leadership and management oversight across the United States and India.

Jyothi Baston serves as Chief Financial Officer at Acord AI, overseeing financial strategy, planning, and management. She holds an MBA and focuses on maintaining financial discipline, aligning resources with business priorities, and supporting sustainable growth.

She works closely with the leadership team on budgeting, financial reporting, and investment planning to support informed business decisions. Her focus includes balancing technology investment and business expansion with responsible financial management.

Through her role at Acord AI, Jyothi supports the financial foundation needed to develop the platform, strengthen service delivery, and create long-term value for clients and stakeholders.

Bharath Kumar B serves as Chief Architect at Acord AI, guiding the platform’s technical architecture and system design. He holds an MBA and a master’s degree in Data Analytics, bringing a combination of business understanding and analytical knowledge to his role.

He works closely with product and development teams to translate business requirements into structured workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities. His approach emphasizes scalable system design, controlled data access, and human review at critical decision points.

Through his role at Acord AI, Bharath helps shape the technical foundation for simplifying insurance work while supporting accuracy, transparency, and accountability.

Tim Powell is a sales executive with more than 25 years of experience across the insurance and business process outsourcing industries. He has built and led sales initiatives that help organizations improve performance through strategic outsourcing and business solutions.

Tim began his career as an agent with Northwestern Mutual before joining The Stanley Laman Group, where he provided business and estate planning services to high-net-worth entrepreneurs and earned his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation.

He later transitioned to business process outsourcing, serving in vice president-level sales roles with Outsourcing Solutions, Inc., Risk Management Alternatives, and IAB Solutions.

Throughout his career, Tim has developed and closed front-office and back-office outsourcing engagements with major organizations, including Revlon, Bayer, Colgate-Palmolive, and Waste Management. His experience spans enterprise sales, strategic business development, relationship management, and consultative solution development.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Lafayette College. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, kayaking, and following Philadelphia sports.
